Apr. 18th, 2005 09:56 amSo, I am totally ready to start this four week challenge that Susan is having me do. I just have to get motivated to go to the gym four times a week and really stay on my diet plan. Which sucks!! You eat all day long, but not good stuff. It's all turkey, eggs, grapefruit, strawberries, salad, and brown rice, and veggies. I will be eating meat five times a day. Gotta love protein.
